Pre-Season Conditioning Training

With Pre-Season just around the corner we have been asked to run a short conditioning program to help young footballers be ready for the start of their Pre-Season training which predominantly starts post Xmas.


We ill be running a 5 week conditioning program which will include Continuous Training, Interval Training, Speed Training, Strength & Flexibility as we look to get you ahead of your team mates.

Open to boys aged between 14-17yrs & 18+
